Regency Bloom began with a love story — our own. We got engaged in May 2024 and Married in September 2025. While planning our wedding, we fell in love with the idea of leaning into our venues elegant Georgian era inspired design and created the floral pieces which now feature in our range. After our wedding we realised we had created something magical that we wanted to share, so Regency Bloom was born.

But who are we? Well our names are Natasha and David Whelan, we have both spent most of our working lives in management roles, and we are well travelled, having spent time living in Australia and travelling around Asia and Europe over the years as well. We are proud dog parents and when not working your likely to find us exploring the peak district.

We aren’t the only members in regency bloom however. Introducing the talent behind our flower arrangements, Julie Richards. As the mother of Natasha, Julie created all of the flower arrangements for not just our wedding but those of her other children as well. So she has had plenty of practise creating master pieces over the years.

And the lastly, most important member of our company is of course Willow, our dog.
